Delivery Policies

• Deliveries are free on Bainbridge Island for purchases of $120 or more.
• Off-island, or large items that require two or more people cost extra. Please call us for pricing.
• At this time, deliveries are "contact-free", ie, drivers will unload outdoor items at the delivery truck location. Indoor items will be taken to the door or porch. For indoor plant deliveries, the owner must at the delivery location to take tender plants indoors. Delivery drivers will not be allowed to enter the premises of a customer, place plants, or engage in physical contact.
• Purchases must be paid for in advance. Drivers do not have the ability to accept money
• At this time, please note that we do not accept returns on items that have been handled by customers with illness.
